Room Rates

The prices are in Euro (€) per night for two (2) persons including taxes and breakfast.
The extra cost for each additional person for the Studios is 30€.
The extra cost for each additional person for the Family Apartment is 40€.
Prices do not include the new government tax for 1,50€ per day per room. This tax will be paid by the visitor to the accommodation upon departure or arrival.
Minimum stay 2 nights.
The Studios can accommodate two (2) additional guests .
The Family Apartment can accommodate two (2) additional guests.
Playpen is available for free of charge on request.

All bookings must be secured with 50% deposit on the total cost of accommodation (including tax) at the time of booking.
Unsecured bookings are not accepted.
The rest can be arranged at the hotel’s check out. Accounts can be settled by credit cards (Visa – Mastercard) or by cash payment.

If canceled up to 31 days before the day of arrival, no deposit will be charged. The deposit will be refunded, excluding bank or credit card charges.
If canceled or modified up to 30 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of no-show, departure before the agreed departure date or arrival after the booking dates will result in a 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
